WireGuard Core Architecture
Wangyou Accelerator has built a new routing engine based on the WireGuard protocol. WireGuard achieves full accelerator functionality with only about 4,000 lines of code, while traditional IPsec requires over 600,000 lines. A more concise codebase means a smaller attack surface, lower latency, and higher throughput. In our internal testing, WireGuard's handshake speed was three times faster than IKEv2 and eight times faster than IPsec.
Noise Protocol Framework Encryption
Wangyou Accelerator's implementation of WireGuard employs the Noise protocol framework for key exchange, utilizing Curve25519 for ECDH key agreement, ChaCha20-Poly1305 for symmetric encryption, and BLAKE2s for hashing. This combination of cryptographic primitives has been widely validated in academia and industry, providing future-proof security against quantum computing attacks.
Smart Protocol Switching
In certain network environments, WireGuard's UDP traffic may face restrictions. Wangyou Accelerator includes a smart protocol switching feature that automatically detects network conditions and seamlessly switches between WireGuard, IKEv2, and our proprietary obfuscation protocol to ensure stable connections in any environment. The entire switching process is completed in under 500 milliseconds, virtually undetectable to the user.
Multi-Hop and split routing
Wangyou Accelerator supports multi-hop connections, allowing data to be relayed through two or more acceleration servers, providing an extra layer of privacy for users requiring extreme anonymity. Meanwhile, split routing enables you to choose which applications go through the accelerator and which connect directly to the local network, achieving the best balance between performance and security.
AES-256-GCM Encryption Standard
Wangyou Accelerator employs the AES-256-GCM encryption mode to secure all transmitted data. AES-256 is the encryption standard approved by the NSA for protecting 'top secret' level information. Even the most powerful supercomputers today would take billions of years to crack it. Each connection generates a unique session key, ensuring forward secrecy.
DNS Leak Protection
Wangyou Accelerator operates its private DNS server cluster, with all DNS queries resolved through the encrypted connection, eliminating the risk of DNS leaks. We also include WebRTC leak protection and IPv6 leak protection, ensuring your real IP address is never exposed. You can verify your protection status at any time using the built-in leak testing tool.
Kill Switch
Wangyou Accelerator's network lock feature (Kill Switch) immediately cuts off all internet traffic in the event of an unexpected accelerator disconnection, preventing any data from leaking unencrypted. This feature supports both system-level and application-level modes: system-level protects all traffic, while application-level only protects specified applications, giving users maximum flexibility.
RAM-Only Pure Memory Servers
Wangyou Accelerator's over 3000 servers are all operated in pure RAM mode. This means there are no hard drives on the servers, with all data processed solely in memory. Upon server reboot, all data is completely wiped. Even if servers are physically seized, no user data can be extracted. This is the highest level of data protection in the industry.
4K Ultra HD Streaming Support
Wangyou Accelerator's high-speed nodes have been specially optimized to reliably support the transmission demands of 4K Ultra HD (2160p) video streams.
